Has anyone encountered this bug, and is there a way to correct it?

Me and my roommate both play DBD on the Xbox, and we only just now opened it up to play a few matches, but it has all of my characters and levels loading on his account. For example, he mains a level 32 Pyramid Head and nobody else, but instead on his account is my P1-12 Ghostface and my level 23 Wraith with no levels on Pyramid Head. It’s my entire loadout under his name, and mine stayed the same. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it? We’ve tried signing the other out and also restarting the game. Thank you!

    Is it possible to see your save files on your xbox? If you can, try and tinker around with them and see if you can fix the problem. If it's saved on the cloud or you can't access it, send a support ticket to BHVR.
