Idea how to fix Borrowed Time agressive usage
If survivor is under endurance effect from bt, he has no collision with killer, so killer can go through survivor and can't be bodyblocked. Killer can still hit you and you'll get deep wound, but you can't take free hit if killer has no intention to do so

I like this idea, give him 15s of I-frames instead of how it currently works that is until he interacts with something, such as a gen or hook.

Why? Body blocking is a legitimate strategy.
More STBFL stacks for me.

I'm a killer main. I feel the need to say that because some insist on knowing what side your on. I have serious issues with DS, UB and other things. However I'm totally fine with BT because I remember the days when it applied to both the unhooked and the rescuer. Back then it was safe for both parties to hook farm unless the killer was Bubba. I have no problem with people trying to body block because I can go around the person with BT. When someone is making a save, I injure them, they make the save and the unhooked tries to block for them. I can just go around them to hit the rescuer. If for some reason I can't go around them I can count to 15 and then hit the blocker. That person is now on the ground again. If they have DS they either wasted it or I can leave them bleeding to lure someone else to heal them. If they brought UB then it too is wasted.
The only change I would like to BT is make it trigger off the killer's proximity to the hook rather than their TR. Certain killers can completely bypass their TR like GF/Pig/Wraith or even Freddy if the survivor is in the dream world.

I don't mind BT where it is myself. While its frustrating for a killer, it allows survivors to punish a sloppy camp in a way that it fills a gap in what survivors 'should' be able to do without being overwhelming because unless its EGC and you literally can't wait to go around the BT survivor you can just... not attack until the two split up.
Like maybe the time to mend on BT could be a bit longer? That is the only change I would make, it should be more taxing to take that protection hit, and perhaps BT should turn off if you start to repair or heal someone, but otherwise BT is actually in a pretty healthy state.

It's a horror game and survivors should not be able to make agressive plays if you want killers to not look like a clown (sorry, clown mains)

because things like Agressive bt, dh and ds exist. That's the point of my suggestion and you just confirmed my point

The killer would instantly know if there's no bt because they'd get collision.
Camping is already powerful as it is, it doesn't need a buff.
Yes, it's a legit strat and whatever, but so is bodyblocking then.

By your logic,
- Killers shouldn't be able to defend gens, they should only be able to play "aggressively"
- FPS games shouldn't have knives, grenades, because they are not for "shooting"
- Action games shouldn't require thought because it is not "strategy"
At the end of the day, it's a game. People can use the game's mechanics in any way they wish. You can make the argument that certain mechanics are overpowered, but to say you can't do certain things because of the "genre" of the game doesn't make sense.

Only if the killer and survivor being "inside" eachother when it runs out leads to wacky Garrys Mod-tier physics glitches where they're sent flying or something.
Even without perks like that people that play a horror-themed game for hundreds if not thousands of hours will push the limits. Because that's what it is, horror-themed. In no way equivalent to what most associate with "horror game".
The kind of design you seem to be talking about works for single-player games because the AI-controlled enemies play a very specific and predetermined role. Their whole job is to entertain and scare the player. The majority of human players don't do that in a PVP game, both survivors and killers will always end up playing in ways that could be considered "out of character" to be more efficient.

This isn’t an issue unless you are near the survivor hooked, therefore being an #########

I've always disliked aggressive bt usage, which only stems from the fact that it's mend-based and not healing-based like old bt (and the fact that it doesn't go down in chase, which imo it should).
But in the meantime, play Huntress and down survivors from a distance or play Hag with agitation and always get your prey into the basement (hit the survivor twice after being unhooked; once at the bottom and once at the top of the stairs with STBFL)

This idea is a decent compromise. It still makes BT a protection perk, while not allowing a survivor to just block a doorway, when you as the killer are trying to be nice and not going for them, because they believe a perk makes them invincible.
I really dislike how easily BT can get used to make dumb plays that are basically unwinnable for killer, especially when paired with DS.

1st person view for survivors would make it feel more horror like (even though they'd never do it)

+1, all for it.

Borrowed Time is one of the better stronger perks for survivors in my opinion in terms of balance. It rewards team work and has a strict limited lime frame and provides a 1 hit protection with speed burst at the cost of deep wounds. Either navigate around the survivor or hit them to move through them or count to 20 and down them again. Unlike DS the time it is active actually some what makes sense.

I suppose it adds to the suspense though, trying to do a gen and worried if they'll come from the behind.

I didn't think of that, maybe first person if you're solo queueing
