or do only Killer perks have cooldowns?

Do only killer perks have cooldowns?
So Quick and Quiet, Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Saboteur, Balanced Landing, Lithe, Alert, Dead Hard, Stake Out (by technicality), Dance With Me, Diversion (by technicality), Head On, Any Means Necessary, Red Herring, For the People (by technicality), Repressed Alliance (by technicality), Visionary, and Deception don't ring a bell? None of these perks have cooldowns?
News to me.
Edit: I forgot the universal perks like Small Game and Premonition.

Hmmmm it has an infinite cooldown if you don't camp.

The only time I ever see more than one BT from the same person is a multiple-survivor basement rescue. Which is a situation that shouldn't really be in the game in the first place any more, but whatever. Devs be Devs.

BT is only strong at end game. Other than that, don't be around the hook.
If you are, hit them, they go mend while u chase the unhooker, ez split pressure

One, one thousand
Two, one thousand
Three, one thousand
etc etc.
Smack.
Honestly BT isn’t a problem. Either count to 15 then smack em, or take advantage of the fact that they need to waste time mending by smacking them anyway.

That perks been nerfed enough times. It's still a strong perk but its a lot more fair than it used to be.

I agree. One perk on one person can carry the whole team out of a losing situation.
2 -
how about you go for the savior instead? even if you hit the unhooked what are you going to do after go for them because they are no longer protected by BT then get hit by DS? just go after saviors people.

I kinda wish you listed all the killer perks that have no cool down as well.
3 -
Well if you went after the unhooking survivor then they wouldn't need a cooldown.
If I were you I'd ignore this chat for now on mate. They're just going to prove you like to tunnel.

Let me quote from OP, "or do only Killer perks have cooldowns?"
I simply asked if this meant that all the survivor perks that have cooldowns just didn't have cooldowns anymore? No need for me to do anything more, since it wouldn't answer the question.

Adrenaline is only activated at end game.

Borrow time is activated in killer's terror radius. Don't be camping out and beside they have a minimum amount of endurance to be hit. Survivors do tend to be cocky with certain perks.

I am pretty sure we got more cooldown perks on survivors...
4 -
Don't tunnel

Borrowed time is critical against camping killers. It does not need a cooldown. This perk along with DS exsist to deal with killers using very frustrating strategy's that take advantage of this imbalance of this game.

You shouldn't be dcing against anything unless it be hacks.

Exhaustion, it has a cooldown.

I meant DS. lol.

Yea it's a pity they had to pick that out. Everybody knew what you meant they just had to be a smart ass. Lol. But you're right. People dont understand that BT and DS are fine the way they are. When I run them I'm glad I did because its normally a camping killer that causes me to use them both.

It doesn't have a cool down, it can only be used once

Exhaustion, by itself and the way it functions, is a shared cooldown between perks. Therefore every Exhaustion perks runs on a shared cooldown. Adrenaline, despite ignoring Exhaustion, is still an Exhaustion perk and therefore uses the shared cooldown.
