Should Deep Wound be applied to a survivor who activates DS?
I think second chance perks are too powerful and should have more downsides.
You struggle in the Kiler's grasp to get free, activate DS, but you get free by the cost of your health. Deep Wound applies (you have to mend, if anyone forgot what Deep Wound is) . It would make DS a more balanced second chance perk, since you have to spend more time healing yourself. Thoughts?

Just don't tunnel, it's 60 sec, get better or slug them.

Someone clearly has a firm understanding of how powerful and abuseable DS is

Could killers have a perk that specifically counters DS. Like I don't know, maybe it extends the time before the DS counter shows up. that way if you're conveniently near a hook you'll have time to put them on but if you got to drag them across the map you wouldn't be so lucky.
I'd give up one of my perk slots for this

And survivors could have a perk that counters this killer perk and so on...
It's much easier to rebalance DS.
