Ebony mori does not work?

in Bug Reporting

Ebony mori is supposed to work once you down the survivors after they have been hooked once but now they dont work at all?

    They got nerfed, now they become useable if you have hooked the Survivor twice. Its in the patch notes. Not a bug.

    Definitely make sure you're reading patch notes before reporting bugs.

    I tried to mori after they have been hooked twice aswell and it did not work aswell so ;)

    You also didn't follow the bug report template or provide very much information. Is it reproduceable? Is it consistent? How often does it occur? What conditions were created to cause it to occur? Did you count hook states correctly?
