Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Random crash on XBox
Platform: XBox One S
Description of issue: Very random but often enough to get me at least a two day ban because of how often it does happen... I can play a lot of trials no issue but then randomly I'll start a trial and the sound just goes "bzzzzzzzzzzzz" then the game completely restarts. It's infuriating. At least this time I've only got a five hour ban but if it happens again tomorrow then the time will go up obviously.
Steps to reproduce: Literally as above, it's too random.
How often does this occur: Too many times!
Sadly I cannot record the issue as it's too random, however please note that I had the same issue on an older XBox model so bought this newer one thinking it would solve the issue.
P.s. get rid of the disconnect penalty, it's rubbish!

Description: Once per night, or day, I get to the map and it freezes and then takes me back to start the game all over. I lose my items and offering, and I get a 5 minute penalty. It happens at random times.
I have never disconnected intentionally. I have had my internet restart when I used to play late nights, but when that happened it would always say that I've been disconnected. When it freezes at the start of the game it doesn't say anything.
I don't think it's right that I should lose all my items and get a penalty for something I have no control over.

Omfg im so glad im not the only person. I thought it was my xbox but then realised thst it wasnt when i can run cold war and monster hubter world for 12 hours straight no issues. The game will crash at random for me only at the start if a trial. I usually get a 4 minute ban. The game started doing this after the macmillian estate graphical updates in update version 4.3.0. Hopefully they fix this soon because they fixed it on the series x.

Definitely not just you - I can play other games for hours without issue (forced to play other games for hours because of the time penalties I had!).
What I have noticed is this; restart your console regularly. I haven't had a crash in days now. When I say regularly I mean every few hours just restart the console completely and you should be fine.

Well... All the Xbox one models. I have Xbox one and one x. It happens all the time.
I saw other users who has the one s say it freezes on them too.
That's why I just play on my ps4. And sometimes on PC.
