cant cleanse totem on rancid abattoir

description of issue: there is a totem on rancid abattoir that cant be cleansed also separate to this but i dont have screenshots you cant repair a obviously 3 spot generator that only 1 person can repair

steps to reproduce: walk to totem try to cleanse its next to a tractor

how often does this occur: probably the past 2 games ive played on this map
