[4.4.1] Flashlights still sway and no flash when blinding killer.

On 4.4.1 on PC, on Steam, flashlights still sway as they did before in 4.4.0. In addition flashlights still do not flash when blinding the killer, or in the words of the patch notes it still "stays narrow after blinding the killer".
Both of these changes were noted in the patch notes, but I am not seeing these changes in game.

I agree with this. It makes it really hard to notice when you have blinded the killer. It says the issue was resolve on the patchnotes however it is still an issue.
