The Twins are better against console players
Landing Victor’s pounce is very similar to landing a close range hatchet with Huntress. The hitbox is smaller and more directional than a standard M1 lunge attack. PC Survivors can spin like crazy to take advantage of that, so its much easier to mess up. Console Survivors, however, usually don’t have the sensitivity to do crazy spins so they get hit much easier.
So pro tip for Twins players. Reset your Survivor lobbies until you get console players. It’s a decent advantage

Let’s not forget that Victor is uncontrollable on console. The sensitivity is way way way way too high and they won’t let us use our MnK on console on a crossplay game so there’s that too...

Manipulate the game until you get the unfair advantage? Sounds about right.

How is Victor uncontrollable on console? I play Twins on switch and seem to be doing okay.

his sensitivity is ridiculously high on console Ps4

Console players trying to play him I find tend to just disconnect in frustration after missing like 5 pounces and getting kicked tbh.

That's your advice? Purposely target console players? Because of control limitations that can be taken advantage of?
Level playing field my still shapely arse.

...Have you not tried playing survivor with a controller? It's much easier to spin the killer with a controller.

Really? Are people this desperate for wins you'd pretty much bulldoze over console players for the sake of an easy match? What the hell happened to this game man.

I was on console for 3 years so when I moved to PC I had to shelve sloppy butcher against console players.
For those that dont know perk notifications like Sloppy or NOED on console would freeze the game for a nearly full second. At least it did back when I left for PC at the Pyramid mid chapter. It's incredible how much they let down the PS4/XONE players in that regard. I can almost gaurantee they'll abandon optimisation patches for them completely

The spirit of DBD's Crossplay at its finest.

I completely disagree. Even max sensitivity on controller is slower spinning than a quick mouse swipe.

For a variety of reasons I will be on my Xbox1 for the foreseeable future, the biggest being low availability on the Series X, but I doubt I'm alone in this situation either. The devs have said they will continue to support all platforms. They also said we'd get a steady 60 frames almost two years ago. I guess I could use some reassurance, hope, tea leaves, whatever...

I've tried playing on controller for days on end, just to see how different it is, and survivor feels much more fluid. You don't even need as much change in camera to get the same spin speed, either, because of the nature of controls. That said I was able to do some insanely quick spins while trialling it.
