A killer that can be in two places at once.
Real epic. Can't hide in lockers, can't dodge because hit validation and hitboxes are terrible, can't kick the bastard because you only have a one second window after he misses (which doesn't happen bc of the aforementioned), who has no terror radius and is fast hell, is a camping tool, there is NO penalty to switching back and forth between the twins, they can down two survivors on two different sides of the map within ten seconds. Yikes.
Victor can do everything Charlotte can ten times BETTER. A killer's ability should help them work their way towards a down, it shouldn't be a superpower they can use every minute.

Except he can 90% of the time because his hitbox is a truck

I doubt that it is 90% of the time. The game is bad when it comes to hits, but it is not that bad most of the time.
