Unable to pick up survivor on Coal Tower

On Coal Tower, I downed a survivor working on a gen. Part of their body was under the gen, leaving me unable to pick them up, even after kicking the gen freeing up the space bar command. After a while they were healed and began moving normally.
Additional information
- Character played - Pig
- Perks played - BBQ, Whispers, Iron Maiden, Discordance
- Frequency of the issue - Happened once so far
(Uploading log failed with status code 400 again)
