Why'd they ruin one of the best add-ons
It makes no sense that they made the insta-kill add-ons where you have to hang the person twice instead of once now. The animation of the instakill probably takes longer than throwing someone on the hook the third time which kills them just the same. Why must they ruin a good thing. SMH

First off, moris are offerings, not add-ons.
Second, being able to remove someone from the game after just one hook is insanely busted.
Good riddance, I say. I can finally use them without people dcing (or killing themselves on hook) because they think I'm going to mori them off first hook.

Well I say it's dumb as hell, get better at the game and dont get caught twice. There is no point in having to wait until they would die anyway. Thats why it's such a rare offering I thought.

Moris are not rare, especially the Ebony Mori is not rare at all. It is the strongest Mori and the most common one.
And well, get better at the game and dont rely on OP Offerings to get your Kills?

I will say this though, the nerf is really lazy and I wish they gave them a better change.

Moris were incredibly unfun to go against in their ultra rare form. They trivialised the match for a killer with almost zero investment. Yes, it's annoying how they have next to no value now, but it's better than being as overpowered as they were originally. Take the first release/nerf of legion, for example.

Why don't you get better at the game so you don't need moris? "Such a rare offering" meanwhile everyone finds at least 2 per bloodweb.

New moris are cool. I can actually use them now and not have people disconnect in the loading screen or ######### talk me post-game. I managed to mori three survivors under the same pallet in a game yesterday, it was hilarious and since one of them had Power Struggle and Flip Flop it saved me from having to eat that.

It was a good decision, but possibly made too soon, as key issues are now becoming more common.

They're not rare at all. There's far fewer ultra-rares than any other quality, the amount of moris I have on my killers are the polar opposite to proportional to their rarity. The most ebonies, fewer ivories and even fewer cypress moris.
It's because of how the bloodweb works. Any killer with 2 ultra-rares has a 33% chance of getting an ebony from every UR node, meanwhile there's a lot of items that can appear in green and yellow nodes. This was even more wacky on killers like Hillbilly and Leatherface before their reworks, as every UR node was an ebony mori because of their lack of ultra-rare addons.

I agree that they needed to be nerfed. Its just bad that the issues why killers used moris still persist and are not adressed.
But as long as people are not acting on it, it doesn´t matter anyway.

It needed a nerf as it countered everything and rewarded the killer for tunneling off hook and camping

They did need to be nerfed, but they got nerfed too hard. Should have been "once you have preformed 4 hook actions, you may kill any survivor that has been hooked once"

The irony of telling survivors to get better at the game when you're ok with a killer removing someone from a match after just one hook. If you rely on one hook mori's to win then its you who needs to get better, not the survivors.
If you like seeing the kill animation then you have lost nothing. Otherwise you've just been forced to get better as a killer.

That it makes your game substantially easier. Not an absolutely guaranteed win, but it improves your chances by a lot.

Personally, I think they should add an offering for Survivors that spawns the hatch at three gen done and gives everyone a key.

You are saying that people should get better while you are the one who is complaining about a nerf of an offering that almost guarantees you a free win without any effort. What has using an offering to do with skill in your opinion?

Mories were kind of OP but how they reworked them were extremely lazy change and now they are nearly useless. How mories should have worked is that you need to hook ALL survivor once, then you can start moring them. Now keys need to be completely useless as well to keep everything balanced.
