My Idea for a potential Twins power balance.
The twins are known well to be a slugging character. Aside from the bugs they are strong at just keeping survivors on the floor and going about their game at a really fast pace. To keep them to this concept without making them overpowered would simply require removing the ability to control victor after downing a survivor. My solution is to add an animation and recover speed debuff to having victor locked on a downed survivor. While this survivor is being attacked by victor on the floor you would switch back to charlotte and victor would act as a ward for killer instinct. This would effectively allow them to slug without immediately allowing them to slug the whole team and camp the slugs as victor. Injured survivors would have to make a choice of whether to help their slugged team and free them of victor or ignore them and allow victor to debuff the recover speed. I was thinking a 50% recover speed debuff and 20% crawl speed slow with victor and a standard kick animation to get him off of the crawling survivors back. Let me know what you think!
UPDATED:
If you have ideas on how to better balance them pls share. If what you want to do is complain about how bad you are with them personally then pls ignore this post. I will no longer entertain arguments about a strong killer being weak because you play them wrong. I can without a doubt 4k with the majority of my games and Yes I am a rank 1 killer and I play on console. So only reply if you have constructive feedback about the topic or a better idea for a balance.

Twins are forced to slug because they’re too weak at everything else. Making them weak at slugging to counter this would make them one of the worst killers in the game.

I disagree and believe the twins have alot of strong pressure potential. It is without a doubt impossible to play against a good slugging twin main. They are to strong of a killer and can body block pallets, Leap over obstacles, move around quickly while controlling multiple areas of the map at once. You must not play against good twins players if you think they are balanced as they are. Please if your gonna make a comment make provide more to your argument then a biased opinion. Give me reasons why they are balance or potential ideas for how you would balance them.

If anything they need a buff, against good swf team there isn't much you can do. They can move together when you are controlling Victor, you down one and other kicks you, they get up faster than you can come. Simple tree can take time from them, if survivor don't fall for waiting trap, Charlotte is M1 killer that can be looped for days, it isn't punishing to kidnap Victor, I've done it few times with my Swf, Charlotte is chasing one, other two split up on the gens and game is already over. It feels punishing to play them, if Victor wasn't getting punished after successfull hit, they would be fine. It feels more like the Victor is the killer.

You shouldnt be using victor to continuously down survivors in general. Adding an animation to remove victor from a downed survivor and giving a breif time before the action can occur, should give you more than enough time to apply pressure before the survivor is rescued. Making it so it also shows killer instinct will allow you to find them easily as not to waste any time as well. The twins can snowball like any other killer. In comparison to most other killers the Twins are among the strongest. In fact in the hands of a good killer they are too strong at times. Like any other strong killer the require a high skill level to take advantage of what they offer. I am a killer main and in my opinion if I choose to end survivors quickly there isnt much they can do about it. If you can hit your abilities you will outmatch any group of survivors with the twins but if youre constantly missing then you wont win. I dont see the rework as a nerf to them but a buff that rewards you for survivors allowing a slugged survivor stay downed. While slugging this survivor the survivor victor will provide constant information as to the location of the survivor, who is coming to help them and how many people are potentially on generators. Also Providing a longer recovery time and a brief slow to the slug. On top of this the action of having to remove victor before helping the slug allows for some serious potential pressure plays as survivors are locked into an animation when doing so that has the potential to be interrupted. Combining this with her the add-on that makes survivors oblivious when in victors sheiks could provide a serious advantage as well. The way the twins are now is unbalanced and there is no arguing that. Bad killer players think they are weak, bad survivor players think they are too strong, good survivors can take advantage of their limitations and almost ignore their agility to slug, while good killers know how to swap back and forth to make huge plays blocking off pallets and vault locations and providing information about survivors as well.
Forgot to mention, survivors can no longer kidnap victor. He can be recalled after a period of time and I assume that would be the case with the slug animation as well.

The reason the Twins have to slug is because they are weak. Transitioning from Victor to Charlotte (or vice versa) takes WAAAAY too long. Furthermore, Victor is weak at alot of loops, and his pounce is about as easy to juke as ######### Plague vomit. And when you DO miss, the chase just ends. It's over. You made 1 mistake, and now all that pressure on that survivor is just gone, with 0 benefit to you.
Charlotte is just useless outside of kicking pallets and hooking survivors, and Victor is really exploitable at basically everything. He doesn't even act as a good sonar because you still have to unbind, then walk, then choose a good spot, then return to Charlotte. It takes SO LONG. Survivors can even bypass it by crouching and then kicking Victor.
I'm just waiting to see a video of or play against a good Twins player where they don't mass slug constantly. It will never exist, because the Twins rely on slugging so damn much. Oni relies on slugging alot too, but that's only to maximize his power's value. You can easily win a match as Oni without slugging. The Twins... not so much.

I think you didn't get my point.
I know all those tricks with Victor, i know when and where to put him to get advantage of, i don't use Victor specifically for downing survivors, i also use him to stop other survivor to work in gen for brief period of time while I'm doing other things,i also use him as a sentry, guardian of that specific gen and area, to shut down loops etc etc.. The problem with the Twins are that they waste to much time, it takes a lot of time to switch back, go to the survivor who can be a lot further than you, sometimes you must travel with Victor and chase survivors, it's easy to miss, i have no complaints about that, but i do however that he gets destroyed after successfull hit, when you come with Charlotte they are already up and going and you didn't do much because other two people are doing gens.

Make a bad killer worse..I can't say I see the productivity aside from burying the new chatacter faster than demogorgon

This is not constructive, this is opinion. You have no relevant argument here other than that you dont do well with them personally. Also the only bad thing about the demogorgon is his portal travel speed which I dont use his portals 1st of all. Other than his portals he is a very strong killer as he can insta break pallets, lunge forward and cover distance even to bee used to zone survivors from pallets of vaults, he can fake his shred with almost no penalty and he also has a way to hit and obsession without taking a penalty using STBFL. Pretty much 4k all my demo games as well.
keep in mind these are casual matches, in a competitive scenario survivors become as efficient as possible sacrificing team and hook states for gen completion. In a pressure sense the alot of killers on DBD roster fall short of being strong. That being said I dont think demogorgon is in that category. He would be placed somewhere below Nurse, Hag and spirit, but far above killers like deathslinger, clown, shade, trapper, wraith, ghostface, legion or pig. Demo would be somewhere close to Oni, Freddy, Blight, pyramid head, huntress, doctor, bubba and billy at least on a competitive level.
The twins arent counted here because IMO they are unbalanced.

As someone who's played over 2 years. I can assure you sans slugging the twins are the weakest killer in dbd without it..just below demo clown and wraith..because at least they shave time instead of wasting it..your entire post is an opinion and one that is factually incorrect to top..time is the enemy of killers..and the twins are very low gas milage in that area..demo has been pointed as weak by players, content creators , stats, and the devs themselves..every killer after clown ive been here to see their entire life cycle..I see patterns and think far beyond the simple what it does against the average survivor which is the lowest point in this game because the game fails to categorize its skill levels effectively..trust me..these killers stand no chance when it counts

Thanks for actually providing your evidence, the point of this is at the moment The twins using a slugging tactic is extremely strong and can end a game in minutes. It can also make it really unfun for both sides. They need a balance to how their power works. As it is now it just doesnt make for good quality matches and fairness. If you have a better idea of how to balance them without changing their play style then tell me. Personally I would love to see a bit of a buff as well to the cooldowns between switching. Especially since the changes to swaps in hook radius and doors. you cant argue for them to become much stronger because in the hands of a good killer they can end chases really fast and provide lots of pressure. I have been playing for even longer my friend and I am a killer main. I understand just how strong each killer is and what their issues are. I look at them on a competitive aspect as well. So please give whatever ideas you would like to see for them.
