Perkroulette before match
All of you achieved tier 3 perks on a character go into a big pot. Before a match you have the option to roll a roulette in exchange for some extra BP.
Counters meta perks for both killer and survivor. And would make the game much more intresting

Yeah that would be cool but what if you don't get the perks you want then your screwed

i think this would be a really cool idea, but make it an optional playmode. as already mentioned, you'd be screwed if given perks you know you don't work well with. but at the same time it'd give you access to perks you probably never even thought about using and could potentially offer new favourites. much like the shrine of secrets section, it could also help promote characters that players are yet to unlock, because we see the perks, we can read them, but are they as good as they seem when in game?

I mean this is cool but I personally would not want this to happen to me. So I would make it optional as if someone wants to add a bit of a challenge into the game they can, or make it a separate gamemode which happens to both survivors and killers.

Its not about beeing screwed but more about another ussual playstyle if you get different perks. Its just an idea to counter meta perks

I'd be fine with a Roulette mode that gives a BP multiplier, like an extra 25% or something. Maybe also have it roll an item with addons?

I could definately see this as a game mode. Maybe even all perks in game except for ones you haven't gotten the DLCs for could be in the pot, which would make it perfect for trying out killers you've recently unlocked. Like, I have several killers that are at level 15 with crappy perks that i would love to take into a game mode like that.
