Instead of inflicting dying, upon hit, it gives you a hatchet back, reduces the amount of carried hatchets by 3

I would rather have it give you X amount of hatchets back when you hook a survivor

That also works, I just want something to keep the tempo going without having to reload midchase

You must remember, it's an ultra rare - it needs to have a good effect not something stupid or simple. Maybe not exposed as it is now but perhaps reveals other survivors for 10 seconds when you hit them or start with +4/ +5 hatchets. I don't know but it needs to be strong enough.

Bhvr will make something akin the hags waterlogged shoe to replace it. Something completely useless that costs 6000bp.

It could inflict deep wounds instead maybe?

Maybe not as pink addon. But it would be much better than some of the already existing ones, like for example see lockers 😳. The thing is, that most of the time a faster wind up time, more hatchets or exhaustion hatchets a much more powerful. A pink addon must be much stronger or BHVR has to change the current addon colors. So exhaustion could become purple, for instance. But I would prefer a cool new pink with a new playstyle 😊.

A hatchet inflicting the oblivious status to a survivor for a few seconds could also be interesting, but also not as pink, maybe purple.

    Perhaps invisible hatches?

Just make it not stack with Soldier/Infantry Belt.

You want that instadown, you sure golly goddamn better land that shot.

Hm, I would like to have some synergies with perks. It will also turn the dodging into a guessing game. I think it could be very frustrating for a survivor to get hit, because they don't know in which direction to dodge. People will accept a punishment for own mistakes and not for wrong guessing.

My immediate thought was of Insidious and now we need to go back to the drawing board.

I agree with this. There is a nice little line that the hag add ons have that Iri Head needs to be fine.

    >Waterlogged Shoe trumps all other Add-ons.

Make it so that Iri heads make it so you have ONE hatchet. Trumps all other add ons. I played with Iri heads yesterday, but I did One In the Chamber (Iron Maiden + Deerskin Gloves + Iri Head) so that, yeah, my hatchet one shot downs, but MY HATCHET one shot downs. After chat, one of the survivors even mentioned that, while he hates Iri head, he can respect that way of doing it.

The slow caused by missing a single hatchet makes it way more balanced. Having 3 of them? That is when it becomes kinda BS.

I feel like it should stay the same with one additional thing:

    • Hitting a survivor instantly makes you lose all other hatchets you're holding.

This would allow you to still use Infantry Belt but make it more balanced since being able to still hold onto 2 other insta-down hatchets is still pretty good.
