Undying + Ruin needs to go...
Red ranks are terrible to play since this combo is a thing. I often play solo and in my opinion I get somewhat decent survivors but that's not enough to counter this build against top tier killers who could easily get 4K without this toxic combo. You made killer role easy. Trials are boring since every killer is running this and it's benefiting them for just existing. No perk should hold such power let alone have that strong synergy potential. Even unbreakable, DS and other meta perks for survivors have conditions to activate. This needs to be looked at.

Ah yes, the "toxic combo" one perk that makes sure you can get value from a hex perk and the other that is only useful if the killer can apply pressure.

The only thing about undying that needs to change is aura reading. There are so many aura reading perks and add ons for killers that, with the right combination, all the work is done for them. Otherwise I don't see a problem with using them together.

How do any of the survivor perks have conditions?
They literally cover your mistakes up by just having them equipped. Iron Will, Unbreakable, Decisive, and Dead Hard all reward you for getting caught and hit by the killer.

That's just the normal RNG nonsense that gives survivors an advantage in this case 4 gens!

But isn’t that a killer’s dream... a genlock? That is what they did to themselves. That map is notorious for that situation. Not to mention he ended up with a 4K anyways. Who cares how many gens are done - and how quickly - if you win the match?

He literally had to more or less camp 2 people to death(one literally camped to death the other nearly camped to death) and nearly slug a 3rd to death and only won because the survivors threw at the end.
He more or less had to keep 3 out of 4 survivors from playing the game for most of the match simply because of map RNG which is no fun for anyone.
It wasn't an fun or enjoyable game for anyone on either side simply because of map RNG forcing the plays.
Edit: Just because he won doesn't mean RNG didn't make the game HEAVILY favor survivors.

Undying+Ruin is fine.
Undying+Ruin on Freddy (perhaps with a pop and tinkerer to go on top) is a major sign of insecurity in Killer circles.

Freddy just has map control, thats all. Having all the gen stopping perks is just a sign that killers are fed with the gen rushes

Survivors are not winning with a 5 min game after rushing the gens, they have a black pip or even a depip. I had fast games as survivors with 5k bp and i depipped. So its not about who lost it the hardest, its about finding a middle ground in the game which doesn't allow it cause games beeing to fast.

Iiiiiii would have to disagree with you on that one, I think most survivors who escape real quick would take that black pip and call it a rousing success.
But if you define a loss as depipping, then hey, agree to disagree.

You get nothing from a black pip, especially as a solo survivor. You also get nothing as bp. You, in some cases, are done with a game faster then you get in a qeueu for a mtch

Notice in the video that tru3 didn't once pressure any of the 4 gens that were popped. That's not the games fault, it's his.

At least you can fully counter this combo by getting rid of it, there is not much you can do to counter survivor perks or at least most of them idk.
