Post Regarding Cross Play
Before I get into what I want to say, let me just make it clear that I support cross play. However, I have one issue with it; console vs pc. I think I speak for all console players when I say we should only be connected with each other, and not PC.

You can disable it in settings if you don't wanna face other platforms.

Players on pc have 60 fps, putting console players at a significant disadvantage.

Not to sound hostile, but I hate this mindset. Disabling cross play will result in longer queue times, and I have no problem playing with Xbox or Nintendo switch players.

Does console not give you the option to turn cross play off in options?
Also I assure you, I have an RTX GPU and even I can't even get 60 frames a lot of the time haha; game is optimized like ass. If that helps at all xD

Without crossplay all queue times of all consoles would take considerably longer like it did before crossplay was introduced. Most people use crossplay and the minority who don't want it still have the option to disable it in exchange for longer queue times. It would be a very bad idea to punish the whole playerbase with long queue times just for that minority to get somewhat faster queue times.

That is because most people are fine with having it enabled. If the majority prefer that; then that is how it's going to be. It's as fair as it can be really in that sense.
Exactly as you said, there is no reason to punish almost everyone to satisfy those few individuals.
Then you can:
- Play instead on PC or aim for the means to do so if you can't atm.
- Turn crossplay off and have your preference but with slightly longer queue times.
- Play a different game entirely.
- Play on a next gen console? (I think they get 60 fps now people have said? I am not sure myself)
Those are the only options anyone here is going to be able to suggest to you.

People misinterpreting what I’m stating, all I’m saying is that Xbox, Nintendo, and PlayStation players should be grouped by default; and if they want to play with their pc mates, they can invite them to a party.

Which is ridiculous. BHVR promised 60 FPS on Xbox One and PS4 by the end of 2019.
We are in a pandemic and people are strapped for cash as it is. BHVR cannot expect people to buy a new Console or a new PC to play their game on an even playing field.

But isn't an Xbox or a PS4 superior to a Switch (performance-wise)?
Why should a Switch player be forced to play at a disadvantage against those players?
I've heard from different console players that disabling cross-play did practically nothing to their queue times, so maybe you can try doing that?

Even AAA games like Call of Duty force console and PC players together for crossplay. And yeah it's a common complaint in the CoD community too.
Console-only crossplay isn't a thing, so you'll just have to settle for turning crossplay off.
