FIX THE DELIVERANCE MOVEMENT PENALTY

After I activate Deliverance and I`m off the hook I get 1 second of stagger and I cant sprint during that second. It`s happening right after I touch the ground again.

  i say keep it like that, you shouldnt be jumping off with the killer nearby anyway.
