Dying on hook bug
It's only happened to me twice now, but for some reason I am dying on hook before it's my last hook. And no I'm not talking about mori's or PH's ez mori.
This has only been happening since the 4.0.0 patch and only in games with Pyramid Head. Is there a perk or skill that allows Pyramid head to kill you on the second hook or something?

- Are you sure you didn't accidently get into struggle after your 1st hook?

- No I was usually either the 2nd or 3rd to die
- I was definitely no where near close to second phase when being rescued off first hook. Even my team mate who I was in a call with was very confused.
I don't know how to repeat the cause other than being in the same match as a PH :(

I've been having a similar issue but it has been happening with random killers. I will get first hook, struggle on second hook, but when someone gets in proximity of rescuing me but not yet unhooking me, I suddenly die on hook and no, my time hasn't run out either.

This has happened to me twice now, once with Meyers and once with Legion both cases were end game either last one in the game or last one alive. Got my first hook and instead of letting me attempt to escape it put me straight to the struggle phase and then instantly dead. I saved both games just to make sure I wasnt imagining that it was my first hook and it was both times.
