Many perk buff ideas! Both killer and survivor
Killer and survivor perk buffs, all of these should go on top of what they already are
Starting with killer-
Coulrophobia: persists 3/5/7 seconds once out of terror radius, maybe same thing with unnerving presence
Hang mans trick: killer gains a 7/8/9% speed boost when in 6 meter of a hook, hooking speed increased by 7/8/9%
Beast of prey: gain bloodlust in 10 seconds, originally 15. But reduces speed granted from BL to 0.1, originally .2
Cruel limits: windows and vaults in your terror radius are also blocked and/OR survivors don’t see blocked off windows till 6/5/4 meters away. I’m down with both
Dead mans switch: hooking anyone will activate the perk with a 60 second charge time OR generators you’ve kicked get automatically blocked when hooking the obsession
Monstrous shrine: allows the spawn of 2 basements OR for each survivor hooked in the basement/shack gain a 1% speed boost when inside basement and shack. first survivor hooked grants 2%
Play with your food: tokens are only consumed on hitting a survivor. Tokens are a drag to gain and doesn’t progress any hook stages in the making so why further punish a perk that’s general concept is to waste you’re time now and make up for it later. You should keep what you earned
Survivor perks-
Lucky break: 4 minute charge time OR resets after all gens are complete
No mither: slow vault 10/13/15% faster, reason for this is you’re one hit and slow vaulting is vulnerable so why not reward the stealth plays
Poised: after last gen is complete poised is active for an additional 5 seconds, having a maximum of 15 seconds
Repressed alliance: after being activated for 10/9/8 seconds, user has option to call off the entity
This is not happening: grants 2% boost upon hitting great skill checks, but can hear the faintest heartbeat possible whenever repairing generators injured
Wake up: rinse you of any negative status effect when exit gates are powered (sickness, exposed, mending, blind, ect.)

no mither's proposed vault speed buff is too fast IMO. It's supposed to be a challenge perk, so I think what it should do is make all your allies slightly faster to further encourage the killer to chase you. maybe 1% haste ior 1% action speed buff
The constant Doctor's Calm effect on This is Not Happening sounds really bad, IMO.

Yea it is too fast, should be reduced. And the constant heart beat was just to go along with the perk description. Slight boosting great skill checks at the cost of not knowing when killer is actually coming close. I just don’t know how the devs would take to a perk that doesn’t have any kind of detriment to its user.

I mean, Stakeout also gives a boost to great skill check progression bonus

No it just guarantees a great skill check when in the terror radius long enough, doesn’t increase its bonus from 1% to 2%. Which is what I meant for this is not happening
