Balanced Landing change idea
So basically, what if they just removed the haste effect on balanced and just add a passive effect. So no more 150% speed for 3 seconds, but you get 75% stagger reduction on every drop with a cooldown of 40/30/20 seconds <- just an example.

Actually not a bad idea. It's not the best exhaustion perk out there so might as well make it something like quick and quiet.

That would punish the people who actually like it as a speed boost/stealth juke perk combo already. It would only be worth it if it kept the current no noise/no stagger and it had no cooldown at all. But that can't exist as last time it did it turned certain maps into literal infinites.

This is essentially how the old perk worked, before they nerfed it, well it had no cooldown. It was one of the most powerful perks in the game when you combined it, and a drop with a nearby vault, like at the 'combine' on corn maps; the houses on haddonfield, etc. the list goes on and on.

Making BL not an exhaustion perk is a massive buff. Do you realize how long your change could extend chases in conjunction with SB, DH, or Lithe?

That's essentially the old version of the perk. I would be receptive to that, but I think the exhaustion mechanic should still remain in some form. They've already worked to remove most vertical infinites with balanced (other than Haddonfield), so I think both could do.

How is this a massive buff, it’s not like the old balanced landing. And not every map has infinites with drops - outside of haddonfield ofc-. It only works every 20 seconds <- example as I said. As I think now, balanced landing is the weakest exhaustion perk, it’s so situational. Some maps don’t even have hills to drop down.
