Survivor Grabbed, but game did not register any actions afterwards.

The Bunny Feng was grabbed off of a pallet, but she never registered to be in the dying state as per a typical grab. I, the killer, was unable to drop or hook the survivor for the remainder of the game. She was not dropped upon a flashlight blind or a pallet stun. The only interaction I could have as the killer was hitting other survivors. I could not hook, drop, break pallets, or use my power.
This bug is literally game breaking, and should be addressed immediately. I have attached a clip from my stream in order for proof of the bug, and hopefully it can be replicated.
