The description says get downed only once and escape the match 25 times but is only tracking if only one person goes down in the whole match. So if you go down once and escape but so does someone else it won't count progress. (Xbox)

    It's bugged.

    If only one person is downed in the entire game you get progress to the achievement. Doesn't even have to be you to be downed once.

    It really needs to be fixed so that it's a personal achievement and not the entire team.
