Im a killer main, ds nerf from my perspective
What the title says; this is change nerfs perk like soo bad. And as a killer main, i never complained about ds being a thing. I only get hit by it when i forget did if i did just hook the guy.
Whats the problem? Gentapped? Gone. Slugged? Useless, found hex? Gone. I do not agree with these changes. I rarely play surv but the perk was totally fine. Like you really didnt have to complain about ds if you are so bad you have to tunnel. Yeah.
Tunneling is noskill. Same as slugging. If you still want it to be nerfed at the same way - when completing those actions boost regress of a perk by 100% and thats it
Also unhooking and healing dont have to fall under boost
And, i repeat, im not a surv, im a hag/blight gamer. Take your explanations in comments

The fact you make sure to say that you're not a survivor main three times in your post (including the title) makes me think you are infact a survivor main.
Regardless, I think the nerf was slightly overkill, I think it should've got a small time increase as compensation, or maybe the healing part removed. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the changes.

That being said, I would the perk be 30 seconds but you are still aloud to do things.
The nerf was heavy handed to a point..But,in the same note..they wanted a "anti-tunnel" perk.
And It had be done in a way which did not let survivors weaponize It vs killers,which is where the problem was stimming from.
If someone gets hooked..then they get unhooked and while you are hooking someone else, run up in your face and unhook someone while at half heath cause they know D-strike will prevent them from facing punishment. that is a problem.
If a survivor gets unhooked and does gens right in the killers face and they know the got a miniate of basically protection. That is a problem.
It is a anti-tunnel perk now. But only that. No more,no less

I think if it wants to be a true anti tunnel perk it needs a bit of a time increase. Maybe only 20 or 30 seconds to counter slugging.

The OP is a baiter, clearly.
The whole purpose of the DS was to be an anti-tunneling perk and the nerf will stress that. I play both killer and survivor and I know how the DS is used aggressively. The nerf is appropriate and, most importantly, HEALTHY for the game. If you do the objectives then you are not tunneled and the DS should be disabled Period

Yeah common sense dictates that but DS was able to be abused really heavily and if paired with UB (yes im bringing this up idc) it was a literal minute of full invincibility!
