PS4 - survivor grab from generator and decisive strike skill check delay
There is a bug where as a killer you cannot grab survivors from generators and they just run off at the start of the interaction, this bug happened at the same time with the bug where you couldn't hook survivors (like 2-3 patches ago) but that one got solved while this one is still active.
There is also a bug with the decisive strike skill check, every time you try to hit the skill check it gets delayed so that it makes you miss the skill check, this should be looked into because it makes the perk unusable, I've tried it on pc and there is no delay whatsoever this issue is ps4 related, I don't know if this is caused by the fps but I've been playing dbd for 3 years and used this perk a lot and I can tell when something is off about it.

I have also experienced the same bug as the killer. I try to interrupt/grab someone while they are working on the generator and the killer freezes for a second and the survivor gets away in that moment. I have also noticed this happening when I try to grab them while they are unhooking other survivors, however it does work when they are vaulting or entering/exiting a locker.

I experienced this bug as well, in almost every match I played today as a Killer, but on PC. Frustrating, to say the least.
