Clown's Tonic (purple gas) is sometimes shown as his Antidote (yellow gas)

I played against a Clown a few minutes ago and the most time when he threw a Tonic (purple gas) it shimmered yellow instead of purple but it worked like a Tonic and not like an Antidote (yellow gas). That was my third round against a Clown today but I didn't see that bug in the first two games. I ran through a few yellow shimmerin gases and they intoxicated me instead of invigorating me. Has someone else made the same experience?
