No lobby for survivor game

Hello,

I am pretty new to the game and forum and I hope, my question is in the right section.

I totally like that game, but there is one thing that annoys me: At the beginning I was able to play as survivor and not as killer. By now there is lobby anymore for survivors, killer lobby is fine. I queue up and wait for eternal time as a survivor, it is not connecting to any game.

I play on Paystation 4 und already swichted crossplay on and off, no changes.

I hope there is any help or trick possible, because I totally like to play both sides.

Any help will totally be appreciated. Thank you very much.

    Because the new update sucks and no sane person wants to play dbd anymore?

    Currently lobby’s for survivors take longer mainly because there are not enough killer players

    it may vary depending on region and daytime though!


    crossplay turned on should at least theoretically be the faster option because of a bigger playerbase.. but I have read about differing experiences here...
