PC - Some rift Items already unlocked

I bought the premium pass for the Rift and after looking through the rift I noticed I owned one of the sets of items for survivor 'Meg Thomas'
No other items are unlocked or owned that I have noticed,but as I know I did not own this cosmetic prior to the new rift. Additionally I can equip the "locked" cosmetics as seen in the following image:

Same here. I noticed I had a new cosmetic yesterday (Tuesday, the day before the rift even opened), then upon checking out the rift today to see what was in store for us, I noticed the cosmetic I already had was in the rift...color me confused :/
