Lucky break
only used the perk because of the tome thing...
is there any reason why it has a time limit?
because I really don't see the issue.
iron will has a much better effect, and it lasts forever. why is lucky break limited?

BHVR hates stealth. And make questionable design choices.

Lucky break Buff idea:
When injured, You will not leave scratch marks or pools of blood for a total of 60/90/120 seconds. This perk has a 120/90/60 second cooldown.

It should just work like Iron Will.
They said that it was one of the perks on their lists for changes that they were working on....like 6 months to a year ago...
But you know just turning the time limit part of it off is a lot of programming...

With all the map changes they seem to encourage it because looping is getting harder every update

I would be fine with more stealth options but the problem is survivor holding the game hostage and not progressing objectives is still a problem.
I've one had a game reach a stand still after 5 mins because the survivors were just hiding this lasted 40 mins.
Yeah until that problem is fixed they need to be careful with how many tracking tool they limit will perks but once that happens I'm all for a massive buff to survivor stealth and their stealth perks

There certainly isn't any good reason for the timer, it's there just to limit it and make it much worse then it deserves.
Devs mentioned they'll be buffing it eventually but god knows how long will that take.

In my humble opinion, I think since the Mettle of Man fiasco, they've been preemptively handicapping perks on release so they don't get out of hand. The only exception being Hex: Undying, but now even that has been neutered.

Also the devs seem to value seeing blood very highly, hence why they throw the hemorrhage status effect on so many add-ons lol.

blood is good and all. but being silent>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> not dropping blood.
we can all agree hemorrhage is the worst effect ever right?

I sense that some people don't know what balance means in this case. Having no timer would obviously make a survivor mostly untrackable. Duh.

Absolutely. I'm so annoyed that there are purple add-ons for hemorrhage and nothing else. Freddy's Z Block comes to mind. It's hardly worthy of a brown add-on let alone a purple.
