Old event items in appearing in bloodwebs?

I haven't played much dbd since like October. Did I miss something allowing old event items to show up in new bloodwebs?

    Indeed a bug, only with this item, and only on levels 8 and 16 of survivors' bloodweb.

    It’s probably a bug and i have only seen that specific item appearing and not others
