Blinded By Flashlight While Playing Survivor

While running out of the exit gates on Midwhich right behind (2) other survivors, and the killer on my butt, I was blinded as if I was playing killer.

Survivors can be blinded. By firecrackers or winter party starters. Possibly by a flashlight, but I'm unsure about the flashlight.
