You say killers are op by being faster but there's always 4 survivors and I can only chase 1. Survivors can "individually block a killers perk", against a good team Hex's cant last till the end game and could be gone in the first minute of play.

This is quite hard to understand but from what I gathered you played against a Ghostface with the perk Hex: The Third Seal.
He walked towards you without looking directly at you so Spine Chill did not light up. You cannot see an undetectable killer with aura reading perks like Dark Sense and Hex: The Third Seal makes you blind so you cannot see injured allies with Empathy.
Unfortunate that you would have all these perks countered but that situation is quite specific.
If you really want a way to tell the general position of any killer regardless of builds, you could try running Premonition altough it's pretty bad.
