I lost all my bloodpoints and shards

PC. I don't play often on pc but these days I log in for the daily 50k. I just logged in and my shards (which weren't many) were 0 along with my bloodpoints which used the be 2.700.000.
The only action I did was link my steam account with a behaviour one I just created.
Is there any hope I can get my bloodpoints back?
