Nurse nerf idea

I don't see enough nurses playing to ask for nerfs, there are currently very few.

If the question is would that make her a bit more balanced? The answer is yes, very slighly. Is it that much valuable? I would say no. Nurse is a killer who ignores most of the game mechanics and she can never be balanced due to that without gutting her. Not that I want them to gut her tho, Im just saying. Her power is the one that none of the killers should have.
Aside from these, she is so hard to master but super strong in good hands. Luckly, you dont see a lot of good nurses but when you do oh boi... Thats the only reason they dont gut her imo.

If you meant early game then yeah I agree there needs to be something. Would encourage survivors to do chests and totems too.

Pig was in the top 3 killers on kill rates in red ranks does she need a nerf?
We can’t just go off data here

This statistics will be console because I don't seen a Pig play on red ranks for a long time.

She can injure but downing is hard without corrupt that’s my point while nurse can consistently down.
New nurses are obviously going to get destroyed that’s inevitable but I’m not talking about them. Even average to above average nurses are very oppressive and will demolish solo teams
0 -
Yep that’s why I wish she was never made tbh
0 -
Not too sure about that

Killers will win 1v1s consistently unless they are playing bottom tier( pig Myers) but against average to S tier killers they can win chases consistently.
Survivors need to be stronger since so many of them are bad. If you want to see go play solo. Balancing around top SWF would kill solo completely

I'm seeing a trend here with the OP... "pls nerf spirit... pls nerf nurse... they're too easy, etc"
Nurse has fatigue after every blink where her vision is obscured. She has to wait for her blinks to recharge. So many (oh so many) maps are bugged and her blinks get swallowed. And she's slower at moving than survivors. She can also get pallet stunned, and suffers the fatigue as well if it was a blink. She gets swing cancels (where after a blink, her attack doesn't happen... it gets swallowed) and she suffers blink-bug where she can't even blink for a period of time. And she can't blink if a flashlight is on her.
And you still want her ground down even more?? Are you for real?
Because people who've spent 100's or 1000's of hours to get good with her are consistently overcoming these issues and downing you, maybe? Instead of complaining about the other side, why not just learn to get better as survivor??

her attack is an M1 attack, similar to Spirit, her power allows her to travel the map fast but is a travel power, using it alone don't do any damage.
on the other hand, Legion's power is an attack power and doesn't count for basic attack.
You speak of slugging build but you can slug the same with an Oni and you can even insta down with him and yet he is balanced.
Nurse is balanced. She is hard to master, and she suffers a really long fatigue from using her power which other M1 killer doesn't have.

Survivors just don't want to change their playstyle.
Only god tier survivors or Nurse mains know how to play against her as surv.
As a Nurse main, I just LOVE to be against her, there is so much mind games possible, you have to be observant, you have to search places where you can lose LoS AND with multiple ways, and you can use pallets if you're desperate, but you have to be patient and know exactly where she would go with her charging time. You have to be in her head.
But sure, if you go in the open, "iT'S OP hOw YoU cAn dO NoTHing AgaiNst heR", don't blame a killer mechanic if you create the best situation for it.
And as a lot of people said here, be unpredictable, and if she has the double range add-ons, it's quite useless to hold W after breaking LoS.
Don't change her, I love how games are different when there is a Nurse, I don't want to basic loop every game, as a survivor, or as a Nurse.

There are killers that change basic looping without removing it like nurse does for example Pyramid head or the two trap killers. These killers change looping in a unique and fun way but don’t cut all option if you’re fighting a good one

Her blink attack has different properties does it not? I could be wrong here but it does have a shorter range and certain addons give it unique effects

Still she is a M1 killer with power to travel great distance ^^

An m1 is a killer who has to get hits without their power no? Like wraith or legion. Nurse needs her power to get hits just like huntress or PH
0 -
A good Pyramid Head will get you super fast most of the time, and Hag is disgusting, I just hate to be against her, be camped and never see her traps is annoying. Concerning the Trapper, he's fun to go against, yes, and you have to play careful, that's cool.
And it's cool to have a killer you don't have to basic loop with.

Yeah she has to use M1 to attack. You could compare her to either Spirit or Wraith : they all three use their ability to travel but cannot attack with it. But Legion can actually attack while using his power, similar to Deathslinger.
Huntress and PH are different are they are range killer.
The easy way to tell if a killer is a M1 killer is : the way they hold their weapon.
- using the same weapon on every hit = M1 (Wraith, Nurse, Spirit, Freddy, Hag, Trapper, etc)
- using different weapon or attack mode = M2 (Bubba, Hillbilly, Huntress, Deathslinger, Oni, Myers, Demo, etc)

Deathslinger can only down people with an m1 tho.
Also blight uses his main weapon for his special attack
0 -
Oh you are right about DS, he is a M1 ^^ as for Blight he is a M2 coz his lethal attack are M2 attack and doesn't count for perk like STBFL for example ^^
0 -
I just find it weird that blight( A killer who will mostly use m2 to down) doesn’t count but nurse does.
0 -
he can make more distance than her i guess ? ^^

It’s just inconsistent tbh. Not like nurse really needs it anyway
