Some changes to weak killers that actually make sense
These small changes to weak killers have been requested for a long time and would not break the game. They seem easy to implement but they seem to be glossed over for other unnecessary/unwanted changes.
Clown: Reducing the reload time was a step in the right decision but it doesn't really change the core design of his game. His power just makes people pre-drop pallets or else they get hit. Since he already got his buff, we'll move on to other killers.
Trapper: Give him a two trap carrying capacity. To address this change, every trapper bag addon would be decreased by 1 with the brown trapper addon only allowing you to start with an extra trap in hand.
Wraith: Make yellow windstorm basekit. An idea for the replacement of the yellow addon could be something like Moonlight Cloak which reduces the survivor detection of the shimmer by 4m.
Pig: Survivors are unable to remove the trap on their first try. Pig is a relatively weak killer in chase and there's nothing she can do if a survivor loops well and/or is never out of position. She should at least be rewarded with survivors not being able to take off their helmet on the first try.
Legion: Needs a complete overhaul of their design. An alternative would be to have 2 Legion where you can switch between with the CTRL key like The Twins, thus giving them massive map pressure.
To balance this, Legion can't switch if they're too close to a hook, gen, or exit gate. We can also give them no terror radius for a few seconds after they switch. However, we need to completely remove mending from their kit.
Instead, the bloody screen from frenzy hits will last for 20 seconds, leaving survivors broken within that time as well. This time could be extended with addons. Legion would still be unable to down survivors in Frenzy.

I disagree with yellow windstorm base on wraith I’d rather it be his cloak speed is 195% speed. I love your idea of changing the windstorm addons to reduce the shimmer with invisibility I like that

Well whatever movement speed boost would be better than what he has now since most players wouldn't play w/o at least running a yellow windstorm. That was the point I was trying to drive.

I understand I agree that he needs windstorm base kit but yellow is not enough it should be higher

For wraith he needs the speed from windstorm not it being basekit as that includes the slowdown he gets when uncloaking and he isn't strong enough for that to be justified, also imo it's the speed from the green windstorm he needs.
For legion he needs to be rewarded for getting multiple frenzy hits, the issue with him is frenzy is only used for first hits and spreading damage but if he could work towards something he would be a lot better. I think it would be cool if he had something like this;
For each hit in frenzy you gain a token. Tokens are consumed when frenzy ends.
- Nothing
- Reduced feral frenzy fatigue
- Reduced feral frenzy fatigue and all survivors affected by deep wounds are revealed by killer instinct for 5 seconds.
- When feral frenzy ends you go into a fatal frenzy, your movement speed is drastically reduced for 2 seconds before moving at 5.2 m/s it then lasts for 8 seconds during which your attacks injure and down survivors, hitting survivors in this state adds 4 seconds to it’s duration. Survivors affected by deep wounds in your terror radius are revealed by killer instinct during this time.

I could have been super creative with Legion's power with tokens and all of that but you have to understand that BHVR doesn't like to complicate things. Therefore, I had to defer to mechanics that have already been in the game.

it's not too complicated also i 100% agree with they won't put too much into stuff.
the legion idea would need little work implement compared to other things except maybe the part called fatal frenzy and even then it's not like they are doing a new power everything they need to make that idea work is already in the game.

I think Ghostface needs a lot of buffs as well. He got some a while back but his power is still really awful and situational, he's almost like a dollar store Michael Myers with slight differences.
I am not sure where the right direction to go with him would be I'm not really great at game-balancing ideas. I just thought I would throw him into the ring cuz he's a really underpowered killer.

Ummm actually they need to make all the killers weaker. they are all too strong

You're not wrong. I would decrease the cd of his night shroud recovery to like chewed pen level so that I don't have to constantly use that addon. With that in mind, those addons affecting recovery rate would be reworked. This may feel like a small change but I think it will make a huge difference.

Trapper needs Trapper Bag in my honest opinion, being able to carry three traps is more beneficial than two. Plus you have more traps to work with

Maybe Chewed pen and the others could increase the amount of time you need to be looked at to get taken out of night shroud, It would be a good addition to more wm1 type ghost faces, but also very manageable by bhvr.

there are so many killers that need to be buffed in some way to be actualy viable to leave those killers you need to play if you want to win
freddy
nurse
spirit
hag
hauntress
---------------
I like legion but it needs a tremendously rework to be effective at red ranks
its ironic to me how this game has a lot of killers but actualy there are a few that actualy are good.

If you put huntress and freddy on this list, add also oni and pyramid head, which one could argue, they are stronger.
1 -
yes those are stronger too, I like piramid head sometimes you can counter ds, also i like make your choise perk to coulnter dead hard

I think a percentage of the trappers traps should be active on the map from the start no more than half. It would vary in its effectiveness depending on where they spawn but it could be helpful. Coupled with more traps to start and carry as default it would help him.
