Dc penalty

I’ve reported this awhile ago but did y’all get rid of the 5 minute penalty cuz anytime I dc all I ever get is a 15 minute penalty and It’s been several days since I dced last... tell me why I’m getting a 15 minute penalty and I barely dc but others aren’t getting the same... it’s been 3 days since I dced last but yet here I am with a 15 minute penalty. Ima bout to just stop playing for good been almost 5 years on this game and the new update is better but every update seems to cause more problems. Don’t post on this bug report and tell me I had to have dced more than I did because I haven’t but ima bout to start since I’m being penalized for dcing more than I am. Shouldn’t be a dc penalty anyway you trying to force someone to play a GAME they don’t want to play and people still dc constantly anyway. This community I swear but still love it tho but regardless the dc penalty is not resetting even after 36 hours or more for me
