Coxcombed Clapper (Wraith Add-on)
While the Coxcombed Clapper is a really cool add-on, I feel as though the fact that your footsteps still being audible while invisible and using the add-on kind of defeats the purpose.
I'd therefore like to suggest adding: "-While cloaked, renders your footsteps compleatly silent." to it's effects.
I don't quite know the powerlevel of adding this effect to the add-on, however I highly doubt it'd make the Coxcombed clapper better than the classic Swift Hunt + Windstorm combo, and as such should not affect the powerlevel of wraith, and rather just make this ultra rare add-on more fun to use, and feel more worthy of it's rarity as ultra rare.

I'd be happy if they had just removed the "woosh" as well ,and not just the ringing.
The footsteps are not that loud. You gotta be real close to hear it anyway, and by then you can see the wraith anyway.5 -
I thought the woosh sound was only auidble for the wraith to begin with?

And I agree about the footsteps totally. Actually I think he should be by default detectable by shimmer only, after this rework..

And being very close after the woosh they get intense heartbeat. To be honest coxcombed clapper alone isn't too awesome, it has nice synergy with The Ghost (and that's the combination allowing jump-scares), but without Ghost it's weak for a top notch addon. All you get is no bell sound so if they spot you (and Wraith starts to shine like a damn christmas tree as soon as he starts uncloacking) you get nothing.

You make a fair point, perhaps something like "-While Cloaking, Cloaked and Uncloaking, renders the Wraith and his actions compleatly silent.", Would be a nice buff to it, and make it worthy of the ultra rare add-on rarity.

Although I think that to make it a real ultra rare addon there should be also a default, short Ghost-effect added to it, e.g. for the 1 sec of the sprint.

Agreed, still wish that they did a little more to make the wraith less addon dependent, he is better after the rework but he still needs work.Yeh he currently is very add-on dependent. He could probably use a minor buff, however a big buff is probably a bad idea taking low rank into consideration.

Honestly, the power level wraith should be at is when he is running the Coxcombed Clapper. Probably an unpopular opinion but I think that ultra-rare should have been in his base kit. Requires the survivor to actually pay attention and you to try and outplay them by re appearing behind things. If played well and the survivor wasn't paying attention hopefully netting you a quick hit. Honestly all the stealth killers need a little work to me. Their entire purpose to me should be you trying to be skillful and get a surprise attack without them seeing you coming. Currently all the stealth (generally) totally negate themselves. I mean as wraith you sneak up on them and bang a damn bell to say HEY IM HERE, I FOUND YOU. Now let me give you a few seconds to run away and defeat the entire purpose of me sneaking up on you. Currently the only advantage you're getting as a "stealth" killer is to find people...yeah that's a joke. It would make the stealth killers a lot more enjoyable if you were actually trying to sneak up on them and get that initial surprise hit. Yeah you might not be better in a chase but if you played it right you got an early hit so you only need 1 hit on them with the chase rather than 2. End rant, just feel like stealth killers entire purpose is placed incorrectly.

That whole issue could be fixed by lowering the slow upon uncloaking though.
Addind the Coxcombed clapper into his base kit makes it very easy to pull people off generators0 -
