Swamp is the Worst Map Imaginable
Every generator is out in the open besides maybe one, the map is so small that killer can cover all the generators quickly and go get ice cream before one can be popped. Not great places to lose the killer or loop either as well. So once you’re found they got you. As for the Killer side I hate it as well only because it’s so freaking dark. Like come on it’s tough to see anything at all. At least as a survivor you can see better. Maybe that’s a “plus” for survivors on this map but not really. Do you agree this is the worst map in the game? Or do you have one you especially hate more?

Pale Rose is fine in my opinion. But Grim Pantry... By the Entity, Grim Pantry is evil. For both sides.

Swamp never comes up for me. I like it and i tend to die a lot on it. Challenging map for sure. As a killer I either smash or get smashed, no in between oddly.

I hate to break it to you, but the swamp maps are anything but small and has plenty of environment to lose the killer on. The worst map in the game is Haddonfield.

All I ever get is either swamp and the goddamn cornfields. I’m actually surprised if I get something else.

I beg to differ, especially when the gens are out in the open and barely any pallets or such to vault. Instead they have those silly logs on the edge of the map to vault, when gens rarely if ever are on the edge so what a waste.

I’ve rarely ever gotten that map. Most of my maps are either Cornfeilds or Swamp. I’m starting to think you game is bugged. Cause I’ve gotten those two maps more than 50% of the time.

Besides some one or two badly placed gens I don’t mind that one too much. It’s challenging sure but ive been able to loop and evade killers ok enough. As a Killer too it’s not too hard. I would say it’s an average map. I would choose that one over cornfields or swamp.

I get not liking Pale Rose, but I honestly don't understand why so many people still hate Grim Pantry besides the current glitch with the generators. And the hilariously unbalanced situation where you can get two generators on the same harbor. The main structure on Grim Pantry might be my favorite loop spot now that Asylum is going away.

This. I normally like the swamp maps, but recently it seems like there are tons of places where you get stuck while you're running for no apparent reason.

done some thinking and yeah swamp can suck sometimes, needs more teamwork and bolder teammates sometimes but it can suck for killer too

The silent hill map is my least favorite tbh. It feels like it takes for forever to go up stairs and its just not fun as either side to me

My only problem with the swamp maps are the spots that the killer can't go through but the survivor can for any basic killer or just one where their power doesn't help its a infinite loop that can very easily be abused. other than that its ok ,but it sucks to try and find people on that map with a killer that has no detection power.

Pale Rose can spawn the random pog log which is completely safe and chains into the Pale Rose structure. Remove the log.

Bedham is the worst map in the game. Haddonfield requires some thinking in running it at least as survivor sided as it is; but Bedham even a brain dead idiot can run the loops in that map.
Also it's got so many variants that it's super common so you end up on it far more than haddonfield.
It should literally just be disabled entirely until it can be fixed.
Swamp is a buggy mess but at least it sucks for both sides somewhat equally.

Silent hill map is horrible, i get lost on it every time I play there. They should add an option to auto decline one map per person. I would never play there again.

Like all maps in this game, the swamp maps are garbage. The biggest insult to killers though is the constant slidey obstacles that Blight can't bump into, so even when it's a big open map where he's supposed to thrive, you can't bump against anything, like a farm map but worse.

Badham. Used to be one of my favorite maps until they murdered it and cut it into tiny pieces.

In this map i always make sure to finish with gens that are in the open so that later the killer will have to check different corners of the map, better than finishing gens that are hidden.
It is recommended not to stay on one gen and change position often.

The swamp maps are the last ones that have legitimate infinite loops where the killer can't do nothing. I know a fatshaming spot that is impossible to loop if you are not nurse, maybe with spirit or clown.

Actually backwater swaps are survivor sided, if you know how to play on it.
