Xbox is unplayable

So i like the new UI that i managed to see in the one game i was able to play. So good job.

But if the update we got is the finished version of the 4.5.2 patch then xbox is in big trouble. Game is unplayable. Almost completely.

I defend the Devs on most occasions. I poke fun here and there, but i know they do actually care about the game.

But this is bad. Im hoping that this patch is supposed to work hand in hand with behind the scene server things and since no ome else got the patch the servers weren't updated or whatever. Not a tech guy here.

Please fix this. Thank you.

    Some information about what makes it unplayable would be helpful. It's pretty hard to give feedback to the team about an issue if we don't have any actual information on it.

    If you're having issues then you need to say what the issues are otherwise its useless.

    Sorry. First it takes 10 minutes to load in.

    Then when you click survivor, the barbed wire circle just spins for another 2 to 3 minutes.

    Then it brings up the survivor screen and all is well until you hit ready.

    My first match went no problem.

    After match i hit ready and within 45 seconds got an 8001 error.

    Hit play survivor again, and again 2-3 minutes of baebed wire spinning.

    Hit ready to search for a lobby and game completly froze.

    Dashboarded out. Restarted the game.

    Same rediculous wait times. This time though couldn't even play a single game.

    8001 error to game freezing.

    Thanks for the information, I am not sure how much of this is related to the changes that had to be made quickly to ensure that Xbox peeps could play once the patch went live last night (it was around midnight for me). I will try to bring this up today and see what answers I can get.

    Im just a fan of the game and without it im forced to play overwatch or do housework.

    I've been playing DBD every single day for the last 7 or 8 months, (XBOX) and while the game certainly has more than its share of glitches and bugs, it's usually playable and the frustrations are minimum, at least for myself.

    That said, the last few days (since the last patch I think), the game keeps freezing mid-match. One minute I'm in a chase and the next minute it freezes for about 15 seconds. When it unfreezes, I'm in a corner or somewhere else dumb, and the killer immediately downs me. It's been doing that multiple times per match, and the worst part is that half the time or more, it will kick me out of the game, pip me down, (even though it strangely says the killer disconnected and says I escaped and that the other 3 are still in the match) and then it bans me for a few minutes from matchmaking. It happened just now 2 times in a row and now I'm banned for 15 minutes. I hope it doesn't keep getting worse from here, I'd hate to be banned for a long period just because the game is freezing up. Especially since I'm probably one of the very few players that can honestly say he's never once purposely disconnected in a game, to avoid a loss or for any other reason. Not even once. This is the only game I play and I hate it when people DC.

    Anyway, I hope they fix this, it's really bumming me out. I spend a lot of time playing this game.

    Game is much better now after all systems got the update. But there are way more frame drops then before.
