Second Wind suggestion (haste boost with some explanation why)
I know Second wind was already buffed but I want to share this anyway.
I played a lot second wind in the last 100 to 200 hours dbd I played and it was fun to play but often not that good or useless. The perk is designed as an anti tunnel perk and the change to 20 seconds is a step into the right direction. I liked that but...
I think it would be a good idea to add a haste status effect for 20 seconds after getting unhooked. You will get a haste boost 7 vor 12/16/20 seonds after getting unhooked. The numbers can be changed.
In my opionen it would strengthen the perk and maybe more people will play it. Morover the effect to don´t get tunneled is higher because you can run faster away from the hook and can survive these 20 seconds of heal more easily. You have in mind that it is requiered to heal another survivor befor this perk gets activated and you have to get hooked for an activation.
Last but not least the haste status effect would make sense to a perk named "second wind".
Thank you for your attention and some feedback would be nice too.

I also wanted a speed boost for it after being unhooked, but haste effects are potentially very strong. I also don't think of it primarily as an anti tunnel perk. I think of it as a very high class time saver (with some risk) with a somewhat steep condition that also is partially anti-tunnel, which makes sense. If you want an effective anti-tunnel perk, I think Decisive Strike fills that niche.
I don't think your suggestion is necessarily broken on it's own, but imagine Hope + Sprint Burst/Dead Hard + activated Second Wind. You're not catching that survivor in the endgame before they heal.
Sure, the perk isn't quite the ideal meta compared to the current meta, but no perk should be as strong as the current meta perks, imo. This is about how strong perks should be, imo.

You are right. It shouldn´t be stronger then the meta perks now. I just wanted to strengthen it a bit so more people will play it.
First of all thats the reason why I decided for haste. Hope and second wind will not be stacked because both are haste effects. If you want a late game heal you can take adrenalin with you. Second wind is not made for getting a heal after all the gens are done. It is made to get healed during the game and has a really hard condition. Healing another survivor is not that easy as it sounds.
I think behaviour themself said that second wind should be an anti tunnel perk and taking d strike for a comparison isn´t the best way.

Ah, I did not know it would not stack with other Haste effects. If that's the case, then that might be fine. I'd probably make it a 8/10/12 second speed boost, but that's all. Still seems pretty fair I suppose.
