Healthy Obsession achievement doesnt update.

Healing an obsession does not add to how many obsessions I have healed and the 'Healthy Obsession' achievement is stuck at 9/10. This link goes to a video with proof.
Start (0.00): Shows 9/10 achievement progress
Middle (4.37): Shows me unhooking and healing the obsession
End (5.20): Shows no update despite refreshing Steam page.
