Rate Match buttons

I am sure on PC it is not that big of a deal when you have a mouse to choose them, but can the buttons for Rate Match be bigger on consoles? They are a little harder to hit when you are using a controller and while it doesn't happen much, I do rank games wrong because it was off by JUST a bit and went either higher or lower.

Are they even useful? i never see anyone use it, i use 1 out of 100 matches
