The wiggling on the killers shoulder

The length of time need to wiggle of the killer's should should be based on the speed of the joystick In the past games i have played wiggling is basically pointless it is almost impossible to wiggle of because of the time need and how it is based and specially the fact how there are so many hooks in one spot either decrease the amount of hooks are make the wiggle time faster this problem needs to be addressed

Wriggling was only introduced so the killer couldn't take you from one side of the map to the basement on the other side. As some maps have become a lot smaller though maybe the speed should be looked at.

Just to let you know I play mostly killer, some survivor so this my opinion is not based on a survivor main mindset.

If this was a thing that would be the highest of all priorities to fix. A killer shouldn't earn a hook, he already earned the down wich can be hard enough. By good teamwork it's definitely possible to wiggle free. There are certain strats, perks and items that can help you. But you on your own shouldnt wiggle free just because. Yea why? You got killed, theres literally no reason to just get free.

Wiggling out is always bonded with teamplay. If that's not the case you shouldnt.

That thread btw made me play the grasp build (agi, IG, mad grit) and I just got a 2 man swf with Break out, Saboteur and decent sabo boxes. That was hilarious. I'm running it quite often especially on weird Killers where you just don't expect that. Best part of it is when people try to tank a hit multiple times and you still managed to get the survivor on the hook.

You aren't supposed to wiggle out.

It's a preventative measure so that the killer can't just walk around with you slung over his shoulder going wherever he pleases. The only cases where you are supposed to wiggle is when the killer gets greedy for basement hooks or when your team does something to help such as sabotaging hooks or bodyblocking.

Just be glad they nerfed Iron Grasp. In 2016/2017 it allowed you to take someone halfway across the map to basement and everyone ran it because sabotage was so ridiculous.

RepostRiposte you are thinking wrong if it was only meant so the killer couldnt bring you across the map why is it based on the wiggle time if it was meant so the killer cant bring you across the map im pretty sure they would have made it set for a timer and after the timer the survivor automatically gets off but the wiggle time should be based on the speed of the players joystick/mouse

    no, it should not

you're not supposed to be wiggling out man, not unless the killer takes you too far, or your team helps you. wiggling out is literally just so you can prevent the killer from taking you all the way across the map if you want.

can tell by your posts that you're new. keep playing the game. you're complaining about things that don't make sense lol.

You lost the chase. Unless your teammates help you or the killer screws up, you are supposed to go on a hook. That's the killer's objective, to put survivors on hooks: if the devs make that more difficult for killers in ways that killers can't even counter (like fewer hooks or survivors wiggling off too fast), either all matches will be slug-fests or survivors will wait in hour-long queues because no one will play killer.
