New tome is boring and unimaginative
Repair 12 generators. Wow, tome 1 had repair 4 generators, and you get the same number of rift shards as a reward. Try and make it anymore obvious that these challenges exist only to get people to grind hours on the game and prop up your active players numbers.
Oh and don't forget Fully deplete 6 medkits. You might remember this one from... LAST BLOODY TOME. Again, the challenge was for the same number of shards, but you have to deplete less medkits.
Also let's not forget that having something like repair 12 generators, which realistically will take at least 6 games, is just going to encourage people to smash out generators and make the gen-rushing/gen-tunnelling meta even worse.

The tome also focuses more on survivor challenges than killer challenges.

Yeah god forbid any challenge that requires you to experiment with your build, think outside the box, use perks that aren't from the same pool of 6 S-tier perks, or play the game in a way that might risk you don't just smash out gens and get the game finished as quickly as possible.

Ok pick up 2 people from dying state. Explain to me how thats productive and realistic. Also that's one challenge. Its same as a kill 12 survivors gens are what survivors are meant to do

Oh and the Devout challenge is also bugged. Got a 4k with 11 hooks = Silver devout.

Bro its pick up 2 survivors including yourself. I got that challenge on my 3rd game of trying. It's not too difficult, run Unbreakable and get into a game with a slugging spirit or nurse. WGLF makes it even easier.

“Hit a survivor 20 times”.... how is that a “challenge” you get that in one game by just playing the game

Ok what rank do killers slug at.... because ya I found out after losing 8 ranks. Very fun challenge which I did not enjoy at all. But my point is you're complaining about them giving an easy challenge which reduces the grind of the rift and give bloodpoints. You really want them to force people to change their builds when people don't want to? If you do go ahead do it. There's plenty of challenges that do that in the first place. In fact majority of the challenges this time around are perk based. We don't need more.

If it was repair 6 generators I'd be less bothered. It's just the fact they've recycled the repair generator challenge, required MORE gens, but for the same number of shards. Just makes it obvious these challenges are just there to make people play more games. If it was challenges based on chases (interacting with the Killer), heals, or unhooks, I would be happier. These gen ones just make me want to jump in a game and smash out gens as quickly as possible, cause I got another 5 games and another 10 gens to do.
