Can we give BT the DS treatment?

Never overestimate what STBFL will do for you. A survivor can just hold forward and early drop pallets and you won't get anything out of it.

So you think as soon as the 5th gen is done, the survivors should auto-win?

That's assuming that they find a pallet, and even if they do, it's cut down distance. It's guaranteed you to help you in some way, although how much help you get is dependent on your situation, but they're bodyblocking for you, you already know that they aren't scouting or waiting at a pallet.
What can I say? It's free real estate.

BT needs a buff: Survivors who basically just want 10 survivorperks to be in the game while the rest could be removed.

It's easy to wait out or they don't have it on grabs. Besides I remember the days when both the rescuer and the unhooked survivor got BT plus DS could be used on first down without being hooked. Don't know how some people would have coped with that these days lol 😂.

Or..
MoM doesn't synergize with it. Remove the protection hit, but remove the terror radius condition.

Off topic, but hatch absolutely needs to stay. It prevents the last survivor from holding the game hostage.
On topic: as others have stated, BT needs a rework/buff. It is outrageous the number of killers or perks that can completely negate it from triggering. The perk has one function; how stupid that you can’t even always guarantee it? Imagine if We’ll Make It was TR based, same idea. The perk would be even more rarely used.
I would even take it not working after the fifth gen pop if it meant triggering on every unhook before that.

If its really that bad, bring Insidious. Or a stealth killer (half of the killers in the game).

Maybe make it token based like you start with three and for each survivor unhooked by your hands they get a protection hit regardless of terror radius. Not sure about the calculation and whatnot so lets say for 30 seconds they get protection, however their movement speed is decreased or mending takes a bit longer would be a suitable drawback. Just thinking off the top of my head so please take this post with a grain of salt.

That's what you always say.
