How do I get unbanned?

So today my game has crashed a few times when it never usually does I’ve really been enjoying the game recently and I’m now banned for DCing for 24 hours just wanna play is there a way I can get my suspension lifted? Disappointed.

    I think that a mod/devs should look at this. Bc normal there shouldn't be a penalty this big for dc'ing bc of internet connection lost

    I just wanna play :( but if I’m just gonna get banned every time my game crashes then I don’t see the point in playing

    If your game has crashed only a few times you shouldn't be up to a 24hr ban. I would suggest looking into the reason that your game is crashing, I am afraid there's nothing we can do to lift the penalty.

    I have definitely dc’d from internet issues before over the past few months but usually had a 10 minute ban, think ima just stop playing because that’s ridiculous for something out of my control I prefer the game when there was no penalty. Thankyou though
