Sacrificed survivors still do grunts of pain

I am on PC and this happens all the time when I am a survivor or a killer i always hear grunts of pain on the hook

    PS4 same. Heard it 3 times today already. Twice was autohaven.

    yup all the time. Messes me up. kinda glad i no longer play spirit
