Match making is gonna make me quit...come on guys
Its not fun at all being a Rank 13 killer and facing only reds and purples...mainly reds. This is slowly ruining the game for me....Guys. Do something to fix this. DBD is just becoming more frustrating. Seriously. This has broken my confidence in this game...Add super toxic players to it. Just a horrible experience.

Firstly welcome to the forums @RestinMurderFace This is sad to see and I can assure you this is how playing killer is. Should you be dealing with this.. no not at all but you will be at some point regardless.
It's a trail by fire and I wish you was able to enjoy learning with out this frustration.
May I suggest you set yourself personal goals as the cards are stacked against you. Doing this might help you deal better and slowly improve over time.
Try to make your own fun and do not let it get to you. We all had to start somewhere unfortunately your getting the worst experience possible but this may make you a better killer player because of that.
All I can suggest to you I hate to see this and if no one has said so GG wp 💖
I hope they fix this with the skill based matchmaking so new players get the time to learn with out being super out of depth.

There are not enough killers around. So the matchmaking tries to compensate long queues by matching experienced survivors with new killers.
Survivors notice the difference and start to BM the killers.
This results in even lesser killers. Because no one wants to be bullied.

Can’t say that’s my experience. Maybe SWF but in solos most people are actually quite nice to the lower rank killer

Too bad they won't put in the new matchmaking because a few big streamers and youtubers complained that the games are too difficult...aka the system was working.

That system did put my lv 30 Legion against 4 rank 1 sweaty SWF and I got totally destroyed.

I had the exact opposite...I felt that the survivors I was going up against were of my skill level.

I just played as SOLO survivor and clicked a little @ the gate to a rank 20 killer :( And I'm a killer main

And survivors know it will happen to them, so they refuse to play killer in fear of their "friends" turning against them and flaming their profile if they don't stand in a corner and farm.

Rarely because most of the people who play toxic are trash and don’t make it to endgame

When they play against a low rank killer, they´ll make it to the endgame or BM before that.
Seen a lot of that. Even survivors that BM to other survivors, because reasons.

I have seen survivors be dicks to each other especially because i only play solo.
Most the time it’s actually dependent on the killer being used. If it’s a spirit it’s “GG EZ” or “Trash player” but when I play billy all I get is “GG WP” or “Thx for playing billy”. Keep in mind I usually 2-3k these matches

Well billys are rare these days. Like really rare. Some people appreciate that.
I also play solo only and i´ve seen everything.

had a match as a green rank killer against red ranks last night and they did all this to me. the survivor I killed was a rank 1 so in a way that felt like a win. I just don't know why survivors feel that it's okay to bully killers like that???

Ah yes. You’ve gotten a fine taste of the matchmaking. Due to low rank killers constantly going up against red rank SWF sweaties a lot of killers have stopped playing. And thus, less killers means more low rank killers going against red ranks. It’s a self-defeating cycle of more and more killers leaving. I want to play killer but I’m filled with a constant sense of dread if I’m going to get more red ranks, since I’m around your level killer-wise. Most of the time killer is rage-inducing and just a panicked race around the map. It’s not enjoyable for me, especially in my area where past 8 at night the game is basically unplayable for me as Killer. All I get are red ranks.

While the matchmaking didn’t work for me, all I got was either rank 1 killers, or baby killers(rank 9) or potato teammates. As Killer, (rank 13) I got constant red ranks, I do find it funny streamers and youtubers complained cause they got matches that definitely fit their skill and actually had to struggle. It’s “not fun” or “good content” for your viewers to see you struggle and possibly lose. Instead they would rather their rank 1 killer go up against low ranks. Which I constantly run across

The ever popular forum topic “why are survivor Queues so long” make me laugh every time I see them pop up. This person’s experience is exactly why newer killers, and to some extent older killers who are tired of the constant sweat, are leaving or simply playing survivor and adding to the queue times.
Eventually survivors will be going against bots and wondering why the games are very boring and scripted. Just amazes me that the devs cater to the 4 as opposed to the role that is on the endangered species list.

I honestly can’t wait for that day. Cause survivors are their cash cows and the only ones they truly favor. When survivors start to leave then they will fix the problem cause it hits them in their wallets. I’m going to laugh the day I’m playing survivor going up against a brain dead bot.

Came here to make a post about just this. I buy a new killer yesterday, level 10 so not even full perks and I'm a rank 13 killer. 2 games in a row the lowest level survivor is 4 and they are all cancer kitted with DS, DH, UB and flashlights.
Made me stop playing for the day, it's not fun, also sweaty SWF groups are just gross lol
