First Person Option for Survivors.
I've made a post like this before but I'm going to update it a little.
The survivors could have a section in their settings that can allow them to enter first person as well as turn off certain things about the killer.
Turning on first person will limit the survivors point of view but will add a much needed tense atmosphere since they will be unable to look around corners without exposing themselves as well as limit their ability to look and see what is behind them during a chase.
Giving survivors the option to turn off things like terror radius, red stain, etc, could also add a very tense atmosphere for survivors. I feel like if these options were added they could really give this "Horror Game" its "Horror" back.
This isn't meant to be any kind of a buff or nerf idea, this is meant to be an idea to make the game a bit more enjoyable and fun. Giving survivors the option to turn off the killers terror radius or the red stain would make it really nerve racking and fun for survivors. Comment ideas that you think could make this idea better.

AKA JumpscareMania. This would add more of a horror feel to the game, turn around and Doctor is right in your face. LOL I would like this.
Or you turn around and see the pig 2 feet behind you.

@BigBadPiggy
I would love to have this feature as well but I think it would be best that it was just a complete different game play mode. Playing in first person as a survivor will require a different skill since you will not be able to look around as much. And this will give killers like Myers and Pig an advantage.
However unless the mode mode automatically is turned off whenever you are working on gen,totem, or healing teammate then I think it would be fine to have.1 -

That's why I decided to make it an option. others will not be affected, only the ones who have it selected. Mainly for the people who are already really good at the game or for people who want to try something different.
