Window Vault Bug

With the last patch, I had a bug that doesn't allow me to vault windows, most of the time. Once or twice if I run in a straight line it works.
But if I'm in a loop with the killer and approach the window from any other angle, I can't vault the window. NO Fast, Medium or Slow Vault. Sometimes if I spam the action button, she makes a slow vault.
I tried to change the SPACE action key to an extra button on the mouse (to check if the problem was on my keyboard.)
And I also did a file integrity check on Steam. Neither solved the problem.
The window it's not Blocked Bamboozled and/or Cruel Limits. And it's not blocked because I vault the same window too many times (obviously).

    Same for me, I've had windows not want to vault on two different maps so far, Badham and Coldwind. The vault just doesn't work. Even if you get hit, stop, stand in front of it and try to vault, there's a serious time delay on it.

    I can confirm this. On various maps, I can be standing right in front of a window or down palette (right up against it) and not get the prompt to vault (and of course unable to vault)
